Today, Friday Sep 14th, was my last day in London. Over the past 2 weeks my classmates and I toured the British Library, the London Science Museum, the Wellcome Library, the Royal Observatory, the Royal Society, the Museum of the History of Science, the Royal Institution, the Museum of London, the Old Operating Theatre, Down House, the Linnean Society, the National Portrait Gallery, the National Gallery, the National Museum of Computing, Bletchley Park, the Natural History Museum, the Bank of England Museum, AND the British Museum, for a grand total of 17 museums in 15 days. Add to that a concert at the Royal Albert Hall, a play at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, a walking tour of the University of Oxford and a whole bunch of other stuff and we had a very busy 2 weeks. My feet hurt (going on 3 5+ mile runs through London probably didn’t help on that score) and the museums are beginning to blur together so its a bit of a relief to be moving on but it’s bittersweet since there’s still so much I didn’t get a chance to see or do in this amazing city.

It’s on to Bristol next where we’ll be for a few days before heading over to Norwich on the 19th for the start of the UEA semester. Here’s some photos from the last few days.
